Jim Steffen
President and Founder

Jim has worked extensively in the field of financial management since 1991. In 2002, Jim founded Trott Brook Financial in Ramsey, MN and affiliated the firm with LPL Financial. Jim believes in giving back to the community
and shares his expertise through active involvement in a
number of organizations, including the Ramsey Economic Development Authority, Ramsey Rotary Club, Board of
the Anoka Technical College Foundation, City of Ramsey Foundation and the Youth First Community of Promise.
Jim and his wife Lisa have been married since 1997 and
have two children.
