He is passionate about helping clients achieve balance in their personal and financial lives and works closely with each individual to reach their goals. He created the video blog, UNCUT Outdoors, where he delivers timely messages to his clients from various outdoor locations.

Outside of the office, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa, their two grown children, Lauren and Tommy, and their two British Labs, Spirit and Moose. Lauren lives in Nashville and works in the music business, while Tommy resides in Oak Grove with his wife Mya and works at Trott Brook Financial as a financial planning assistant.
Jim is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying smallmouth bass fishing, hiking, kayaking, biking and the occasional round of golf.  Jim, Lisa and dogs especially love traveling the country in their RV. Three of their favorite destinations include their cabin in Sandstone, Minnesota, the Full Circle Ranch in Cave Creek, Arizona and San Jose del Cabo, Mexico.
